And I've suffered from depression for large tracts of my adult life (I lost more than half of my 30s to it) and this corresponds closely with the stage when my life became more sedentary. <BR/><BR/>I really need to correct this or I can see myself falling prey to dementia as well. It's a vicious circle, though - if you're depressed you don't have the energy to exercise.
